Do you have a passion for yoga?  Are you looking to reinvigorate your yoga routines? Are you a beginner that wants to learn the basics?  No matter what your level, we would love to have you join us. This group will normally meet once a week with sessions lasting no more than one hour.  Sessions will be lead by experienced members or by certified yoga instructors. We will utilize outdoor venues (weather permitting) as well as community centers and other local facilities.  Come make new friends while getting all the benefits yoga has to offer for your mind, body and spirit.
